Pentagon: US still has nothing to announce on possible deliveries of fighter jets to Ukraine
WASHINGTON, February 8 – RIA Novosti. The Pentagon has nothing to announce yet in the context of possible deliveries of fighter jets to Ukraine, US Defense Department spokesman Patrick Ryder said on Wednesday.
“As for the fighters, I don’t have anything to announce on that score today,” Ryder said during a regular briefing. He added that Washington, in coordination with its allies and partners, regularly assesses Kyiv’s current defense needs.
The United States is the largest supplier of military aid to Ukraine in the amount of tens of billions of dollars.
